Amanda Ng is an experienced operations professional currently serving as an Operations Analyst at Disney Cruise Line since January 2024, while also holding the role of Recreation Deep-Water Lifeguard Coordinator at The Walt Disney Company since March 2019. In this capacity, Amanda oversees park operations for Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon, leading a team of over 100 Cast Members to foster a strong teamwork culture. Prior roles include Operations Integration Intern at Disney Cruise Line, where Amanda supported operational enhancements and project management, and Competition Coordinator, managing logistics for high-profile events at a large sports complex. Previous experience as a Deep Water Lifeguard provided Amanda with essential life-saving skills and the opportunity to become a trainer and facilitator. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
