Kaitlin Wong

Kaitlin Wong is an experienced communications and marketing professional specializing in sustainability and corporate responsibility. Currently serving as the External Communications Manager at Capgemini since May 2025, Kaitlin focuses on sustainability and purpose-driven communications at Capgemini UK. Prior to this role, Kaitlin held multiple positions at Accenture, including UK Associate Marketing Manager, where responsibilities included managing campaigns related to corporate sustainability and inclusion, as well as overseeing candidate marketing efforts that attracted over 1,000 early talent each year. Achievements during this tenure include several industry awards for recruitment marketing campaigns.
