Marta Conde

Marta Conde is an experienced professional in quality assurance and testing, currently serving as the Head of Quality Services at Capgemini since May 2025. Prior to this role, Marta worked as the QA Business Area Manager at Link from December 2023 to May 2025, where responsibilities included strengthening client partnerships and aligning services with QA strategies. With over 13 years at Fidelidade as a Senior Test Manager, Marta managed teams and implemented both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, contributed to recruitment, and developed test strategies and plans. Previous positions include Test Team Lead at Fidelidade, Software Tester, Business Analyst, and Marketing Technician at Holding BCP Seguros, and Health and Safety Consultant at Companhia de Seguros Bonança. Marta holds a degree in Industrial Management and Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, completed between 1990 and 1995.
