Yashika V. currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Marketing Communications at CAPGRID since November 2023. Previously, Yashika held the position of Graphic Designer at Blueberry Inc from June to November 2023, and worked as a Design Associate at Google from August 2021 to May 2023, where Yashika revamped Playstore creatives for business as usual and sales activations, enhancing conversion rates and designing interactive campaigns for social media. Prior experience includes serving as a Design Associate at simsim from August 2020 to August 2021, focusing on quality assurance of junior designers' work while producing over 400 social media creative assets, and starting as a Style Tagger at Limeroad.com from December 2017 to August 2020. Yashika holds a Postgraduate Degree in Design Thinking from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and a Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University.
