Bhavesh Shrivastav is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief of Staff in the CEO's Office at Capillary Technologies since October 2022, Bhavesh has previously held positions including Retail and E-commerce Lead at GluedIn and Key Account Manager for Financial Services at TeamLease Services Limited. In that role, Bhavesh led BFSI Account Management for the South Indian market, focusing on business growth through account mining, upselling, customer relationship management, and service delivery of staffing and SaaS products. Additionally, Bhavesh served as Program Manager in the Office of the Co-Founder and EVP, where responsibilities included executing annual objectives, managing key initiatives, and enhancing organizational metrics. Earlier career experience includes a role as Senior Design Engineer in the Power Transmission and Distribution division at Larsen & Toubro, where Bhavesh contributed to engineering solutions for major infrastructure projects. Bhavesh holds an MBA from Great Lakes Institute of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from L.D. College of Engineering.
