Fiona Whitworth

Fiona Whitworth has over two decades of experience in content management and user experience. Currently serving as the Head of Content for Army Jobs at Capita since August 2013, Fiona previously held the position of Corporate Content and User Experience Manager at The National Trust from November 2006 to August 2013. In this role, Fiona focused on creating engaging digital content and developing information architecture to enhance user journeys. Earlier in their career, Fiona worked as a Microsite Editor and Children's Marketing Assistant at Ottakar's plc from September 2002 to October 2006, gaining valuable experience in digital resource management and web design. Fiona's academic background includes a degree in English Literature from Bangor University (1996-1999) and additional education through Squared Online (2016-2017).
