Liz Shaw

Liz Shaw is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in internal communications and employee engagement across several organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Internal Communications and Engagement Manager at Capita since March 2016, Liz has previously held the position of Internal Communications Executive at RWE npower, where involvement included business restructure initiatives. At HSBC, Liz functioned as an Internal Communications Business Partner for first direct, focusing on strategic communication plans to engage employees effectively. Earlier in the career, Liz was a Learning Project Manager at First Direct, responsible for managing and implementing learning initiatives. Education was acquired at Whitcliffe Mount School from 1982 to 1987.
