Parul Luthra

Parul Luthra is an experienced professional with a focus on health administration and project management. Currently serving as the Manager of Network Operations Support and Manager of Corporate Performance at Capital Blue Cross since November 2019, Parul also holds project management experience from a previous role at HM Health Solutions. In addition to working at the Harrisburg Area YMCA since August 2009, Parul has a varied career that includes positions at Highmark Blue Shield and Highmark Fun Fit and Fabulous. Parul's educational background includes a Master's in Health Administration and an MBA from Penn State Harrisburg and the University of Phoenix, respectively, along with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Penn State Harrisburg.
