Ben Stephens

Ben Stephens is an experienced mortgage professional with a career spanning multiple roles in the mortgage industry since 1995. Currently serving as a Sr. Mortgage Consultant and Sales Manager at Capital City Home Loans, LLC since January 2017, Ben previously enhanced their expertise as a Mortgage Loan Originator at EverBank from February 2013 to January 2017. In earlier roles, Ben was a Mortgage Banker and Sales Manager at Synovus Mortgage, where leadership in the mortgage initiative covered areas such as Amelia Island and Nassau County, while also supporting the Jacksonville market and parts of Georgia. As the President of B. Stephens Mortgage Brokerage from February 2005 to March 2009, Ben focused on originating brokered residential mortgages in Northeast Florida. Additionally, Ben held the position of Vice President and branch manager at HomeBanc Mortgage, overseeing operations in Stockbridge, GA, and Jacksonville, FL. Ben holds a BBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, completed in 1987.
