Alex Skrobot

Alex Skrobot is an experienced design professional with a strong background in UX/UI design, currently serving as Design Team Lead at Capital.com since March 2016. In this role, Alex integrates UX/UI principles across departments to enhance customer experiences and refine the design system to align with business objectives. Previous positions include Senior Product Designer and Product Designer, where Alex collaborated with cross-functional teams to craft user flows, wireframes, and design solutions that meet user needs. Alex has also held roles at Currency.com, exp(capital), iFuture Belarus, IG, BQUADRO Digital Agency, and worked as a freelance designer, focusing on various aspects of design for Fintech, e-commerce, and marketing solutions. Alex holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Belarusian State Economic University.
