Monika Rumianek

Monika Rumianek currently serves as the Head of HR for Poland, Lithuania, Georgia, and Ukraine at Capital.com since November 2022. With extensive experience in human resources, Monika has held various leadership roles, including HR & Administration Director and Member of the Management Board at CI Games from October 2013 to October 2022. Additionally, Monika contributes as a Member of the Supervisory Board at United Label and Premium Food Restaurants. As the owner of MR Consulting, Monika specializes in external HR services and recruitment for IT and gastronomy sectors. Monika's career began at ajConsulting as a Junior Consultant, advancing to a Senior Consultant role at TARGET Executive Search CEE before taking on strategic positions in the HR field. Monika holds a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Warsaw.
