Currently serving as Head of Programs and Operations at Capital Enterprise and a Non-Executive member of the Credit Committee for Innovate UK Loans Ltd, Carly supports innovative financing for SMEs. Experience includes leadership roles at Nesta as Head of Finance and Operations, and at School-Home Support as Vice Chair, contributing to initiatives for disadvantaged children. As Co-Founder and Finance Director of The Giving Department, Carly has overseen strategic charitable giving, managing over £300 million in donations. Previous positions at Aviva involved senior management in business performance for a significant insurance portfolio, alongside roles in marketing strategy and campaign management. Educational credentials include ACCA and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Southampton.
