Lotus Qi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and strategic management within the MedTech and health sectors. Currently serving as the Head of MedTech at Capital Enterprise, Lotus Qi is responsible for leading MedTech initiatives and overseeing project execution. Previous roles include the Head of Operations for both the P4 Precision Medicine Accelerator and Cancer Tech Accelerator, as well as leading venture operations at Post Urban, which involved executive recruitment and stakeholder communications. Lotus Qi also has a background in ESG management and marketing, having worked with companies such as Pensana Plc and Grey London. Educational qualifications include a degree in Sinology in Economics & Trade from Beijing Language and Culture University.
