Joanna Bowe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as a Human Resource Strategy & Operations Consultant at Capital Group since September 2021, Joanna supports various HR initiatives, including leadership development and diversity and inclusion. Previous roles include Business Development for the El Segundo Education Foundation, where connections between local businesses and the school district were forged, and Organizational Development Consultant at Hello Human LLC, focusing on team coaching and dynamic workshops.
