Haley Holmberg

Haley Holmberg serves as the Senior Director - Managing Underwriter & Portfolio Manager at Capital One, leading the nationwide stabilized real estate portfolio management team since 2013. Holmberg's extensive experience includes overseeing real estate asset management for multiple regions, managing a diverse portfolio exceeding $7.5 billion in construction loan exposure, and spearheading the development of internal policies and systems for commercial loan monitoring. Prior roles include Director of Asset Management, where Holmberg built a nine-person team, and as the lead underwriter for $3.5 billion in regional and institutional commercial real estate loans. Before joining Capital One, Holmberg gained valuable experience at Long Wharf Real Estate Partners, managing various asset types and assisting with financial modeling, and at Bank of America in real estate underwriting and portfolio management. Holmberg holds an M.B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a BA in Economics and Spanish from Amherst College.
