Nafisul Alam

Nafisul (Nas) Alam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile delivery and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Principal Associate and Agile Delivery Lead at Capital One since April 2019, Nafisul plays a pivotal role in shipping accessibility apps for iOS and Android while acting as an Agile Subject Matter Expert for the Customer Experiences Org. Previous roles include serving as a Senior Software Quality Engineer and Scrum Master at Cvent, where Nafisul implemented Agile best practices that improved productivity and customer satisfaction. Nafisul's work history also includes quality assurance positions at BAE Systems and Frontpoint, where quality systems and testing strategies were developed to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction. Nafisul holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Northern Virginia Community College.
