Sahar Naghmi

Sahar Naghmi, M.A., is a seasoned learning consultant currently working at Capital One since June 2023. Previously, Sahar held the position of Manager of Learning & Development at ManTech from November 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing curriculum design for the Leadership Capability Academy, developing training content, and mentoring instructional designers.
