Tom Poole

Tom Poole is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in digital payments and rewards programs at Capital One since June 1999. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Digital Payments, Tom leads initiatives in Digital Payments, Digital Identity, and Capital One Labs. Previous roles include Managing Vice President of Digital Payments, where Tom drove digital strategy and product innovation, and Managing Vice President of Rewards, overseeing the widely recognized "No Hassle" Rewards program. Tom's career began as a Software Engineer at Accenture, where Tom worked on projects in the hospitality and telecommunications sectors. Tom holds an MBA in General Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a dual Bachelor's degree in Finance and Political Science from Virginia Tech.
