Prior to this role, Guillermo accumulated extensive experience at Hartford Public Schools over a two-decade span from August 2003 to June 2023, where responsibility included positions such as Teacher, Director of Information Management, and HRIS Manager. Guillermo's educational background includes studies at Brown University and the University of Connecticut.
