Capital Rail Constructors is leading the design-build effort for Phase 2, Package A of the Silver Line project. Package 2A will extend the Silver Line 11.4 miles west from the Wiehle-Reston East Station, through Washington Dulles International Airport and into Loudoun County, Virginia.
