Paul Cohn

Paul Jay Cohn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Serving as the Co-Founder and Director of Cohn's Culinary & Hospitality Management Academy (One City Eats) since June 2010, Paul focuses on job training and workforce development, empowering youth and young adults in the District of Columbia. Additionally, Paul has held the title of Senior Executive Officer and Co-Founder at Capital Restaurant Concepts since January 1983. Educational credentials include a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
