Will holds more than 40 years of industry leadership experience advancing operational execution and excellence, leading enterprise-wide change initiatives designed to foster growth, innovation and continuous improvement. Prior to joining Capital Rx, Will was Senior Vice President of Operations at Elixir Solutions and has also held positions of increasing responsibility at CVS Health, Caremark and Merck-Medco.
