After that, they worked at Alamo Title Company DFW as an Assistant Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Joe later joined Allegiance Title Company as a Senior Vice President and Director of Education before moving to their current role at Capital Title of Texas, LLC as a Senior Vice President and Director of Education.
