Denise Chin

Denise Chin is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance at CapitaLand since July 2019, Denise Chin previously held positions at Ascendas-Singbridge, including Deputy Head of Financial Planning & Analysis and Senior Finance Manager. Prior to that, Denise Chin worked at Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management (Commercial) Ltd as Assistant Finance Manager and began a notable career at Deloitte, progressing from Audit Senior to Audit Manager in different capacities. Denise Chin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, alongside earlier education at Anderson Junior College and Mayflower Secondary School.
