John He

John John is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR operational excellence and transformation. Currently serving as HR Director at 凯德 since March 2022, John has previously held senior roles at FOSUN 复星, 友邦保险, and AstraZeneca, where responsibilities included managing HR services and driving process improvements for large organizations. John has extensive experience in consulting and outsourcing within HR, having worked with Ataway, BT, Citi, Cognizant Technology Solutions, BearingPoint, and IBM earlier in the career. John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Automation from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
