Theodore Koros

Theodore Koros is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the real estate and investment sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director of US Capital Raising & Business Development at CapitaLand Investment since March 2022, Theodore previously held various leadership roles at BlackRock from February 1996 to March 2022, contributing significantly to capital raising efforts and establishing strong client relationships within real estate. In earlier positions, Theodore successfully managed operations for 18,000 apartment units as Chief Operation Officer, led multi-family asset acquisitions as Acquisition Director, and served as Portfolio Manager, raising capital for successful apartment value-added funds. Prior experience includes asset management at Security Capital Group and real estate investment roles at Met Life. Theodore holds a Master of Science in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science, as well as Bachelor degrees in Economics and Biochemistry from the University of California, Davis.
