Brian Osimiri

Brian joined CapitalG in 2019 as Senior Counsel and the third lawyer on its legal team. In this role, Brian works on transactional matters and portfolio management for CapitalG and is involved in all other aspects of CapitalG’s business.

Prior to CapitalG, Brian was in-house counsel at Electronic Arts and then Uber, where he represented the companies in acquisitions, divestitures and investments.

Brian started his career as a corporate associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. Brian holds an BA in Government from Dartmouth College and a JD from the University of Texas School of Law.
