The company’s core competency is in air traffic control operations, airspace, terminal instrument procedures and obstacle assessment. Capitol Airspace also provides broad-area assessments, radar traffic count studies, solar glint and glare analyses, FAA filings, and mitigation services.

Capitol Airspace’s principal and owner is Benjamin M. Doyle, a former military air traffic control tower chief. Capitol Airspace Group draws upon leading experts and executives in the country to identify, study and resolve airspace impacts and airport encroachment.
