Jarrod Pierce

Jarrod Pierce is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Finance at Capitolis since 2025, where responsibilities include leading initiatives in strategic investments, M&A, fundraising, financial strategy, FP&A, reporting, and investor relations. Previously, Jarrod held the position of Vice President in Investment Banking at Lazard from 2022 to 2025, focusing on the Technology Group, and served as an Associate in Investment Banking at UBS from 2020 to 2022, specializing in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) Group. Jarrod began a career in finance at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from 2014 to 2018, where involvement included a leadership role on the Analyst & Associate Advisory Board in Short Term Interest Rates Trading. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in Economics from New York University.
