Elias Salla

Elias Salla is an accomplished asset manager currently overseeing 26 hotel assets in Finland and Sweden at CapMan since January 2023, after serving as a junior asset manager. Prior experience includes a role as a property manager at Newsec from May 2020 to January 2023, where responsibilities involved managing various property types and leading projects. Salla's career began in ground handling services at Swissport from May 2017 to May 2020, and also includes a sales position at BESTSELLER from December 2013 to January 2018. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Real Estate Economics from Aalto University, expected in 2025, and a Bachelor's degree in Built Environment, Real Estate Economics, from the same institution, completed in November 2022. Salla also holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Vaasa and an undergraduate degree from Tuusula High School.
