Ilona Jurkiewicz is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in talent management, people strategy, and organizational development. Currently serving as President of the Americas at Cappfinity and as a company owner at Curiouser & Curiouser, LLC, Ilona focuses on innovative assessment solutions and personal consulting services. Previous roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at Leaf Group and Head of Human Resources at Xandr, Microsoft’s subsidiary. Additionally, Ilona held various leadership positions at Thomson Reuters over a decade, where responsibilities ranged from early career talent development to global HR strategy execution. Ilona is actively involved with professional organizations such as TroopHR and Knoetic | CPOHQ.
