Jacques Perold

Jacques is a Co-Founder & Chairman of the Board at CapShift team. Prior to CapShift, he was president of Fidelity Management & Research Company, the investment advisor for Fidelity’s family of mutual funds, until his retirement in 2014. From 2001 to 2009, Jacques was a founder and president of Geode Capital Management, LLC, a sub-advisor to Fidelity. He currently serves as an independent director on the boards of Allstate Insurance and MSCI Inc, and as trustee of New York Life Insurance Company’s MainStay mutual funds. He also serves as a trustee of Partners in Health. Jacques is a graduate of the University of Cape Town in So. Africa, and was a senior fellow at the Advanced Leadership Initiative at Harvard University.
