Chris Cabe

Prior to joining the Capstone IT team – and even before he got into IT recruiting at all – Chris was a college football coach. He might not be on the field anymore, but he’s still supporting and coaching people through their career moves. His favorite part of his job as a recruiter is matching top performers and young professionals with amazing jobs and companies.

Chris knows that every day brings a new challenge, and he’s always learning and problem-solving along the way. He loves being able to work at a company that practices what they preach, truly living out its values and treating everyone—from the owner to the newest consultant—the same way.
