Bobby Medlen has extensive experience in the quick-service restaurant industry, currently serving as the Operating Partner and COO for Capstone Restaurant Group since March 2014, overseeing operations for 143 Hardee's restaurants across nine states. Additionally, Bobby has held the role of Operating Partner at River Valley Restaurants since January 2014, managing 40 Hardee's locations. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Vice President of Operations for Rosenfield Restaurants from May 2007 to January 2013, where responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations and P&L for 97 restaurants in eight states. Bobby also worked as Franchise Area Director at The Krystal Company from November 2005 to March 2007, overseeing franchise operations for six groups in Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina, and as President and COO at Carolina Food Systems from February 1999 to May 2005, managing operations for 11 Hardee's restaurants. Early career experience at Hardee's Food System from August 1989 to January 1999 included various operational positions throughout the Southeast United States.
