Michelle Bowitz is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in design leadership and collaboration across various industries. Currently serving as the Creative Director at Capsule since February 2017, Michelle leads and mentors a creative team to produce award-winning digital and print designs, while also overseeing project management and team development. Prior roles include Art Director and Senior Designer at Capsule, where responsibilities encompassed managing design projects from concept to production. Additionally, Michelle operates Bowitz Design as a Creative Director and Consultant, working collaboratively with firms to enhance brand identities and provide strategic design solutions. Michelle's foundational design experience includes positions at Supervox Agency and internships at BWBR Architects, the University of Minnesota Recreation and Wellness, and Rapson Fabrication Shop. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Minnesota.

We have grown alongside brands like Patagonia, Hydro Flask, Red Wing Shoes, Herman Miller, Curaleaf and Osprey, becoming a strategic partner and multi-purpose tool to solve any special project that comes our way.
