Erica J French serves as the VP and Head of People Operations at Capsule, where efforts focus on transforming the pharmacy industry through emotional and technological enhancements. Previous roles include Director of People Operations at Latch, as well as various positions at Redfin, where responsibilities included HRIS Program Manager and HR Business Partner, supporting over 400 remote sales personnel. Experience also includes leading a successful onboarding project that significantly improved communication and efficiency. Earlier roles consisted of Volunteer Coordinator positions at Amara and Sea Mar Community Health Centers, alongside service in AmeriCorps, and emergency medical experience as an EMT. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from Indiana University Bloomington.
