Diana Shi

Diana Shi is an experienced professional in People Operations and Human Resources, currently serving as the People Operations Technical Manager at Capsule since March 2024. Previously, Diana held various roles at Latch from November 2021 to March 2024, including HR Consultant, Senior People Systems Analyst, and Program Manager for People Operations. At Warby Parker, from December 2016 to November 2021, Diana worked as Associate Manager for both People Systems and People Operations, as well as a Talent Generalist. Earlier experience includes positions at Tremor Video as People Partner and Facilities Manager, and at Maxim Magazine as Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Diana earned a BA in English Language and Literature from Hunter College between 2004 and 2007.
