Sydney Pham

Sydney Pham is a dedicated Data & Analytics Associate Consultant at CapTech since May 2023, bringing experience as a Data Engineer Intern. Key achievements include designing and maintaining data pipelines on AWS for efficient data management, creating a MySQL database to optimize access for full stack developers, and developing an interactive customer dashboard with Power BI to enhance visibility into business KPIs. Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant at the UW Bursar's Office involved assisting customers with financial inquiries and managing invoicing and financial aid distributions. Additionally, Sydney served as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion for Alpha Phi International Fraternity. Sydney is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Data Science with a minor in Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, expected to graduate in 2024.
