Lauren Fanella

Lauren Fanella is a seasoned professional in strategic sourcing and procurement, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Sourcing at CAPTEK® Softgel International since November 2024. Previously, Lauren held the position of Strategic Sourcing Manager and Technical Buyer at Vytalogy Wellness from October 2019 to November 2024. Prior experience includes serving as the Assistant Procurement Manager/Procurement Specialist at Federal Defense Industries Inc from November 2015 to October 2019 and as a Laboratory Technician at Thermo Fisher Scientific for a brief period in 2015. Lauren's career began as a Student Office Assistant at Cal Poly State University from September 2011 to April 2014. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and a Professional Certification in Business Administration from Moorpark College.
