Mike Welch

Mike Welch is the Chief Executive Officer of Captify®, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Mike served at Xandr from November 2017 to July 2023 in various executive roles, including EVP and General Manager, as well as EVP - Product and Business Development. Mike's earlier experience at AT&T included leadership positions such as Head of Strategy, Product and Business Development for AT&T AdWorks, and various vice presidencies across AT&T Advertising Solutions and SBC. Mike began a professional career at The Pillsbury Company after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington in 1991.
