Norbert Szysiak

Norbert Szysiak is a seasoned data/software engineer with extensive experience in data engineering, big data infrastructure, and data platform solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Data/Software Engineer at Captify®, Norbert focuses on audience segmentation and campaign performance optimization within the Identity Segmentation team. Previous roles include Data Engineer at Acaisoft, where Norbert contributed to developing a Digital Surgery Enablement Platform, and Big Data Engineer positions at RiteNRG and Addepto, where responsibilities included maintaining AWS infrastructure and developing data integration solutions. Norbert's career began at Roche as a Junior Data Engineer, specializing in ETL processes. Norbert holds a Master of Engineering in Applied Computer Science and a Bachelor of Engineering, both from AGH University of Krakow.
