Peter Shaffer

Peter Shaffer currently serves as the Director of Business Analytics - Product & Strategy at CaptionCall, overseeing the migration of business intelligence development to the cloud and mentoring a team of analysts. Previously, Peter held the position of Senior Business Analyst at CaptionCall, where significant improvements in customer onboarding and acquisitions were achieved through data analysis. Prior experience includes working as a Business Analyst at GE Healthcare, focusing on metrics and business processes for healthcare services, and as a Product/Program Manager at SMITH OPTICS, managing product development for goggle lines. Peter also has a background in coaching as an NCAA Alpine Ski Coach at the University of Utah. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Behavioral Science and Health, and Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Utah.
