Dan Grappi

Dan Grappi currently serves as the VP of Strategic Partnerships at Carallel, a position held since May 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Connect America, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Director of Enterprise Sales to Eastern US Regional Sales Director and Director of Sales Operations (Northeast Region). Dan has a strong background in leading enterprise sales initiatives, optimizing sales processes, and enhancing care delivery with innovative health solutions. Prior positions include Regional Sales Manager at Senior Planning Services and Executive Director at Landmark Senior Living Communities, as well as various roles at The LASIK Vision Institute and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management from Thomas College, obtained in 2006.
