Billy Chan is a Research and Development Engineer at CARBO since December 2022, previously serving as a Product Engineer at Sakuu Corp. from July 2021 to September 2022, where expertise was developed in advancing additive manufacturing technologies. At CARBO Ceramics Inc., from November 2012 to October 2019, Billy focused on new product development, market analysis, and the design of proprietary ceramics proppant technology. Early experience includes a role as a Student Researcher at Boise State University from January 2011 to November 2012, engaging in the study of perovskite ceramics, alongside earlier work as a Summer Conference Assistant in 2010. Billy earned a Bachelor of Science in Material Science & Engineering from Boise State University in 2012 after starting studies at Nilai University College from 2007 to 2008.
