Lauchlan McDonald is an experienced project engineer currently working at CarbonCure Technologies, where responsibilities include assisting with the design, planning, and execution of recycled concrete aggregate pilot deployments, as well as monitoring project execution plans and scheduling. Previous roles include a position as a shadowing intern to the CEO at ALICE Technologies Inc., where Lauchlan gained insights into business strategies and sales pipeline processes, and as a research engineer for reclaimed water at CarbonCure, contributing to technology development and sustainability initiatives. Additionally, Lauchlan has experience as an undergraduate research assistant at the University of British Columbia, a project manager at Graduway, a construction laborer at Homepride Construction Limited, an assistant coach at Okanagan Hockey Academy, and a hockey referee for the Kerry Park Minor Hockey Association. Lauchlan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University.
