Aaron Boot

Aaron Boot is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in design and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Design at Carbonix since September 2021, Aaron has previously held roles including Mechanical Design Engineer - Foils at Emirates Team New Zealand from November 2019 to March 2021 and Passive Fire Engineer at Origin Fire Consultants Ltd from February 2019 to November 2019. Aaron's early career includes internships in various engineering roles at New Zealand Steel, with positions in Maintenance Engineering, Process Engineering, and Maintenance Trades between 2013 and 2016. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Auckland, earned between 2013 and 2016.
