Ryan Cook is an experienced finance professional, currently serving as the Associate Director of Finance & ESG at Carbonwave since May 2024. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions at Ember Technologies, Inc., including Director of Finance, where key accomplishments included leading financial modeling for significant financing rounds and facilitating a company split. Previous roles included Finance Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst, focusing on financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. In addition to extensive corporate experience, Ryan contributed to Sigma Chi Fraternity in leadership roles and has academic credentials including three Bachelor's degrees from Northern Arizona University and a Certificate in Accounting from UCLA Extension.
