Philip Shackleton

Philip Shackleton has extensive work experience in the IT field. Philip currently serves as the IT Security Lead at Card Factory since July 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the Technical Services Manager at SOFTOFFICE LIMITED from April 2018 to July 2019. Philip also held the position of IT Technical Team Manager at Broker Network from August 2007 to March 2018. Philip then went on to De Montfort University from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a 2:1 degree in Computer Systems. In terms of certifications, Philip obtained the Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) from ISACA in January 2022, the PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2010, the ITIL Foundation Level from ISEB in 2010, and the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Security (MCSE) from Microsoft in 1999.
