CA Gaurav Arora currently serves as the Head of Investor Relations and M&A at CarDekho, leading efforts for the Autotech Unicorn since March 2022. Prior to this, Gaurav held the position of Regional Head at Kotak Mahindra Bank from October 2018 to March 2022, focusing on agile banking and fundraising strategies for startups within wholesale banking. Gaurav's earlier experience includes serving as Executive Vice President at YES BANK, managing corporate finance for large infrastructure clients, and as Vice President overseeing relationship banking for MNCs and startups. Gaurav also worked as AGM - Project Finance & Treasury at GMR Group, contributing to airport sector finance and investor relations. Gaurav's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws from Lloyd Law College, a Company Secretary certification, and a Chartered Accountant designation, along with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University.
