Lucy Kember has extensive experience in sports rehabilitation and therapy, currently serving as Programme Director for BSc Sport Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage and holding positions as Senior Lecturer and Lecturer at Cardiff Metropolitan University since August 2015. Kember previously worked as a Sports Therapist for the Welsh Rugby Union from January 2016 to November 2020, specializing in soft tissue treatment for the Senior Men’s National Squad. Additional experience includes a role as Sports Therapist with Scarlets Rugby, where responsibilities involved providing treatment and rehabilitation for first team players, and serving as Director for S.M.A.R.T Recovery from March 2011 to August 2015. Kember began a Doctor of Philosophy in Sports Medicine at Cardiff Metropolitan University in September 2019, following a Master of Science in Sports Therapy from the University of Gloucestershire and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Conditioning, Rehabilitation and Massage from Cardiff Metropolitan University. Early education includes a BTEC in Sports and Exercise Science from Brockenhurst College.
